Lincolnites Laurie Fraser and Chef Jeff purchased Country Sliced Ham and Cafe in March of 2020 and have remodeled the interior as well as the menus. Owners of Doorstep Diner Catering they have brought their expertise to a retail setting offering Soups, Salads, Wraps, Paninis and Sandwiches in addition to sides and desserts. They also partner with locally owned businesses to bring in sweet and savory snacks for you to enjoy!

We are proud to carry on the legacy established over 30 years ago!  Although the faces have changed one thing has stayed constant. The ham.  The highest quality ham in the region  because you and your family deserve the best... Country Sliced Ham.
